Dirty Dancing

I first saw Dirty Dancing when I was in grade school via VHS with my mother and believe it or not I enjoyed the film as a 10 year-old kid. Since that time I have seen the film countless other times, whether it be on television or DVD. It is one of those films which has matured as I have matured.

Crank

I’ve always maintained that actor Jason Statham is one of those actors that can turn any ridiculous film into a film that is still ridiculous, but damn entertaining to watch. Such is the case with the two Transporter films, which are two films that aren’t really “good” per say, but rather entertaining as all hell. Statham’s recent film Crank is another pure example, as the film isn’t really Oscar material, but sure knows how to keep us tuned in for its brief 87 minute length. Continue Reading
